By Nancy Dewhirst, RDH, BS & John A. Molinari, PhD – July 2018

Dental waterlines make great places for the growth and transmission of potentially pathogenic waterborne microorganisms that put your patients and practices in harm’s way. The options to treat your lines are diverse, but over and over, research confirms the ADA & CDC recommendation that regular water testing is the only way to ensure a given protocol is effective.
