These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProEdge Dental Compliance Labs (“ProEdge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at proedgedental.com, the ProEdge Clear compliance platform, and the products and services we offer. By using our website or Clear, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Use of the website

You may view, download, and print materials from our website for your own use, including use within your dental practice or organization. You may not copy our materials for republication or resale, use automated tools to scrape the site, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the site, remove copyright or proprietary notices, or mirror our materials on another server without our written permission. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

2. Intellectual property

The content on this website and in the Clear platform is owned by ProEdge and protected by copyright and trademark law. ProEdge, Clear, BluTab, BluTube, QuickPass, and Flo, along with our logos, are trademarks of ProEdge. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks.

3. Product orders

Orders placed through our website are order requests, not completed purchases. We do not collect payment on this website. Your request is fulfilled through the dental supplier you select (or coordinated by our team), and all pricing, billing, invoicing, sales tax, and shipping are handled by that supplier. Prices shown on our website are estimates based on suggested retail pricing — your final cost is determined by your dental supplier and may include tax, shipping, and any discounts or promotions that apply. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

4. Auto-ship

When you sign up for Auto-ship through the ProEdge Clear compliance dashboard, you authorize our team to place recurring product orders on your behalf directly with your dental supplier at the frequency you choose. Your orders ship to you directly from your dental supplier, and all billing and invoicing occur through that supplier. To change or cancel your Auto-ship enrollment, contact our support team at support@proedgedental.com or 888-843-3343.

5. ProEdge Clear accounts

When you create a Clear account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Your practice’s compliance records — test results, treatment logs, and related documents — belong to your practice; we use them only as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update, change, or discontinue platform features over time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Products and compliance

Our products must be used according to their labels and instructions. Our tests, products, and the Clear platform are tools that support your practice’s compliance program — they do not constitute a guarantee of regulatory compliance, inspection outcomes, or specific water quality results. Regulatory compliance remains the responsibility of your practice. Nothing on our website or in our materials is medical, legal, or regulatory advice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and its materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProEdge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the website and its materials. This section does not limit any written warranty that accompanies a specific ProEdge product.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProEdge and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption — arising out of the use or inability to use our website, platform, or materials, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of warranties or liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Accuracy of materials

The materials on our website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current, and we may change them at any time without notice.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ProEdge regarding use of the website and platform.
