Testing Over the Holidays

What You Need to Know

We will make every effort to ensure your testing is accurate and we believe in letting our staff enjoy time and rest with their families just like we hope you will.

To help accomplish both goals, please follow the shipping guidelines below surrounding National Holidays in November and December:

NOTE: If you can ship the week before or the week after a major National holiday, this would be best. If not, please follow the guidelines below.

NOTE: We receive your kit the day after you ship it.

Thanksgiving
  • Dates Impacted: November 24-25
  • Please DO NOT sample or ship vials/kits to ProEdge during these days.
  • You can ship as normal on any other days to ensure accurate reports.
Christmas & New Years
  • Dates Impacted: December 23-31
  • Please DO NOT sample or ship vials/kits to ProEdge during these days.
  • You can ship as normal on any other days to ensure accurate reports.
What if you sample on one of those days?
  • It is always best to take samples and ship the same day.
  • If you sample on one of the days above, please keep samples refrigerated until a day they can be shipped.
  • Always include the frozen ice pack provided in your kit when shipping samples. Do not freeze your samples in a freezer.
